New: Cross-Project Timeline Overview
If you're managing 8+ implementations simultaneously, you've probably had the experience of realizing — mid-client-call — that two go-lives are scheduled for the same week.
What We Built
The new Cross-Project Timeline gives you a bird's-eye view of all your active projects on a single horizontal timeline. Each project appears as a row, with milestone markers plotted by actual date.
You can see at a glance:
- Which projects are going live this month
- Where milestone dates are stacking up or conflicting
- Which projects have the most runway left
How to Use It
Navigate to Timeline in the left sidebar. Every active project with at least one milestone date will appear automatically — no configuration needed.
Milestones are color-coded by type (go-live, UAT, configuration complete, etc.) and you can hover any marker to see the full milestone name and date.
Why Milestone Dates Instead of Sign-Off Gates
Earlier prototypes used sign-off completion as the timeline anchor, but that created a chicken-and-egg problem: sign-offs only appear after they're logged, so new projects showed nothing. Milestone dates are set up front during project scoping, so the timeline is useful from day one.
