- What's assigned to you vs. assigned to clients or third parties
Every morning, this view tells you where the gaps are before you open your first email.
What Sage Does with Action Items
Sage monitors action item status and can surface patterns you'd otherwise miss:
- "Project C has 4 overdue items owned by the client with no follow-up logged in 11 days"
- "Three action items from the March 3rd kickoff meeting are still open"
- "You have 7 items due this Friday across three projects"
